TPO
TPO - (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)
Is a single-ply roofing membrane which is environmentally friendly. This type of roof is heat-reflective, energy efficient and provides resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure. It also maintains flexibility in cold weather and provides superior puncture resistance to hail.
Roof Coatings
Elastomeric Industrial Coating. A seamless polyurea coating that protects your roof. A high performance roofing foam coating can also be applied to help increase the insulation. Health Canada Approved and meets green technology requirements.
Modified Bitumen
Modified Bitumen is also known as polymer-modified bitumen or rubberized asphalt. Bitumen has a long track record of durability and is considered as one of the longer lasting types of flat roofing material.
