Troy Mason President/Owner
President and Owner of Canadian Flat Roofing Systems. Troy has successfully built his career in the construction industry working on many different projects all over the world. Troy’s last position was VP of Operations as the company’s team leader. Troy was recognized for his managerial skills in the construction industry and became a well-respected leader in his field. He established his company Canadian Flat Roofing Systems and has successfully succeeded in growing one of the largest seamless flat roof companies in all of Canada. Troy’s dedication and positive attitude contribute to the success of the company, set a high standard for all project managers, and help foster positive client relations.
Greg Mason - General / Manager
Greg Mason is responsible for assisting in the coordination of all project activities to ensure cost, schedule, safety and quality standards are met. Greg is also a committed fire fighter for the local fire department of Mount Forest.
Chris Verikios - Business Development
Chris joined the Canadian Flat Roofing team as Director of Business Development. Chris is responsible for overseeing the business development, client/owner interaction and marketing of Canadian Flat Roofing Systems. He has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on a wide range of job sites as project manager.
Ryan Kameka - Lead Estimator
Ryan joined the CFRS team with extensive experience in the manufacturing and distribution of roofing materials. This experience supports Ryan's ability to prepare at various stages of design and/or construction, ranging from dissecting architectural drawings and specifications to budgeting and providing detailed inspection reports. Moreover, Ryan has built long term relationships with some of the largest manufacturers, suppliers, specifiers and industry partners across Ontario. This wealth of experience as well as his expertise in product knowledge, system requirements and warranties make him an integral part of our team.
Jamie Matthews - Project Manager
Jamie is the newest member of the executive team at CFRS bringing with him over 18 years experience in the construction industry. His technical expertise, workmanship, commitment to quality, drive and leadership are second to none and shine through on every project he is a part of. Jamie overseas CFRS' operations and our excellence in this trade.
Shawn Taylor - Lead Sprayer
Shawn joined Canadian Flat Roofing Systems as a foam and silicone sprayer. He has grown with the company and is now our Lead Sprayer in our foam and silicone division. He is an indispensable member of our growing team.
